Triceps training method: high gantry pressdown

Action: Gantry pulley adjustment , hold one end of each hand, clamp the body with the elbows, contract the triceps to press the rope down until the arms are fully extended downward. Then, slowly return to the starting position to complete the exercise once. Exhale when pressing down and inhale when returning.
