The holiday season is here and that means indulgences with unhealthy foods can be very difficult to resist. Every year we see clients fall off their regular routine of exercise and making healthy food choices. The ones that don’t see any negative side effects at this time of year are the ones that limit their bad decisions and maintain their exercise routine. We recommend our clients to have small portions, ensure to make their plates colourful (not just grey foods) and to maintain their program goals like it was just another week. We encourage you to enjoy this time of year with friends and family but to keep these suggestions in mind.
