Keep your body upright, with your feet shoulder-width apart. First, stretch your arms to both sides of your body, and then swing your arms back and forth above your head, like a waving motion.

Hold the ball in your left hand, raise your right knee high so that your thigh is parallel to the ground. Keep this posture and throw the ball from your left hand to your right hand. The throwing arc should reach the height of your head.

Throw the ball from your right hand to your left hand again and repeat 15 times. Lower your right knee and lift your left knee to perform a two-handed ball throwing motion.
